The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and source new solicitations to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Review solicitations to understand project requirements and scope.
- Support proposal managers with RFP templates and timely submissions.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, engage with clients & clarify requirements.
- Maintain communication with clients and internal teams on proposal progress.
Qualifications
Experience into US staffing industry, with at least 1-2 years as Pre-Sales ExecutiveFamiliarity with IT or healthcare staffing domainsDemonstrable track record of over-achieving quotaStrong written and verbal communication skills
