Inside Sales Manager CareerTech & EdTech | Bangalore (Koramangala)

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven  Inside Sales Managers  to drive channel acquisition and program sales.

This is an individual contributor role focusing on sales and account management, not team handling.

Role :   Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Channel Acquisition

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners through networking and outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract high-quality channel partners.

Program Sales

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed program sales targets.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to position offerings effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive program expansion.
  • Client Engagement

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with customer success for smooth onboarding and retention.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership for Sales Success

  • Foster a proactive, results-driven culture within the sales function.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and strategic approaches to exceed sales goals.
  • Take ownership of individual targets while driving business impact.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, sales, or account management.
  • Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
