Mechanical CAD Engineer

Experience : 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop precise 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Apply GD&T standards, tolerance analysis, and fit selection for manufacturability.
• Design mechanisms leveraging Engineering Design and Kinematics principles.
• Generate CAM files, toolpaths, and collaborate with manufacturing teams.
• Support prototype fabrication, calibration, and quality assurance activities.
• Incorporate field / onsite feedback into updated CAD models.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD / CAM workflows.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical design, machine drawings, and metrology.

Ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical product development.

Bonus Skills :

Hands-on experience with prototype fabrication and field execution.

Familiarity with metallurgy, manufacturing processes, and stress analysis.
