About the Role

We are looking for a sharp and driven Category Manager for our Fruits & Vegetables

(Fn V) team. This role requires strong ownership of pricing, revenue growth, P&L

management, and analytics, while ensuring customer delight through the right assortment,

quality, and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

 Own the end-to-end P&L for the Fn V category.

 Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies to drive

growth and profitability.

 Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and revenue trends, and take

corrective actions.

 Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with supply

chain and operations teams.

 Leverage data and analytics to identify customer insights, buying patterns, and

market trends.

 Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and

Product teams to deliver category goals.

 Track competition and market benchmarks to ensure category competitiveness

and innovation.

Requirements

 2–4 years of experience in category management, revenue management, or P&L

ownership (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG; Fn V experience is a plus).

 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / SQL / BI tools.

 Proven ability to manage pricing, margins, and revenue optimization.

 Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor relationship skills.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth

environment.
