Job descriptionProficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop. Video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing is desirable (SEO, content writing, campaigns, etc.). Languages : English and Hindi mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage Education : Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred). Experience : Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Designing, Video Editing, or Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication, creativity, and strong design / video skills may also apply). Willingness to travel as required for events and marketing activities. Preference for candidates based in Chennai.

The Underwriters Laboratories Inc, USA, certified Phoenix for the ISO 9001 certification in 2008 & ISO 13485 certification in 2003. The certification covers design and development, manufacture, installation and servicing of neonatal medical equipment as well as procurement, inspection, storage, shipping, installation and servicing. Phoenix is the first Indigenous Company to get its products (viz) Neonatal Open Care warmers and its range of Phototherapy units, CE and USFDA marked.

Role Description
- Create impactful marketing collaterals with strong graphic designing skills.
- Develop engaging video content, including shooting and post-production.
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns through creative content, design, and visuals.
- Coordinate and manage marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and workshops.
- Support overall brand-building activities including content writing, brand creation, and email campaigns.
