As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of events from conception to completion. You will lead and inspire a team of event professionals, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that every event meets and exceeds our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of event professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of events, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and managed effectively.
• Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Manage event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to analyse the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide escalation and resolution support for any event execution issues in the region.
• Attend selected in-person and digital events to ensure we maintain the quality and standards required.
