Job Title : Facility & Administration Manager

Role Summary :
Responsible for managing overall facility operations and office administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, and infrastructure upkeep.
- Manage vendors, AMCs, contracts, and facility-related budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and facility audit requirements.
- Handle office administration : travel, stationery, pantry, courier, front desk, etc.
- Coordinate seating plans, office expansion / renovation, and asset allocation.
- Lead emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements :
Graduate in Facility Mgmt / Engineering / Business Admin (preferred).Strong experience in facility operations, vendor management & admin functions.Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
