Role Summary :
Responsible for managing overall facility operations and office administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, and infrastructure upkeep.
Manage vendors, AMCs, contracts, and facility-related budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and facility audit requirements.
Handle office administration : travel, stationery, pantry, courier, front desk, etc.
Coordinate seating plans, office expansion / renovation, and asset allocation.
Lead emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements :
Graduate in Facility Mgmt / Engineering / Business Admin (preferred).
Strong experience in facility operations, vendor management & admin functions.
Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
