About the Role :
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead data-driven digital campaigns, manage lead generation and conversion, and drive growth across digital channels. This role suits a strategic marketer with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Marketing : Develop and execute ROI-focused campaigns across SEM, SEO, Social Media, PPC, Display, and Email Marketing.
- Lead Generation & Conversion : Optimize lead funnels, improve conversion rates, and manage nurturing workflows with sales alignment.
- Digital Strategy & Growth : Lead digital projects to enhance acquisition, explore new marketing channels, and stay ahead of trends.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs (CPL, conversion rate, ROI), conduct A / B tests, and derive insights for continuous improvement.
- Agency & Budget Management : Manage digital agencies, allocate budgets effectively, and ensure performance optimization.
Qualifications & Skills :
