Role Overview : We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The BDR will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other channels.
- Conduct initial outreach to engage prospects and qualify them based on business needs.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly SQL targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.0–1 years of experience in Sales / Business DevelopmentStrong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.What We Offer :
