About the Role - In this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include :

• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Identify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls
• Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offerings

Responsibilities - 1+ years of experience in inside sales, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, Proficiency in using a CRM and sales tools, Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Pay range and compensation package - CTC : 5-7.3 LPA fixed. Plus incentive.
