Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to drive enrollments in our learning programs. The role involves engaging prospects through multiple channels, managing the sales funnel end-to-end, and ensuring high conversion rates using CRM tools. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and maintain regular follow-ups with existing leads to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with candidates via telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats, providing a personalized and impactful learning experience.
- Drive engaging discussions with prospects to ensure successful enrollment in our programs.
- Manage the sales funnel using CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms) and adopt data-driven sales techniques.
- Uphold high-quality sales practices, follow structured sales processes, and consistently deliver results.
Requirements :
3–7 years of proven experience in B2C sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Hands-on experience with dialer operations and CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms).Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills to engage effectively with candidates.High ownership mindset with the ability to set up and streamline processes independently.Prior experience in startups / fast-paced environments preferred.Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to deliver results under pressure.Key Skills :
