Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hospital Desk Billing Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction. The Hospital Desk Billing Executive will work closely with medical staff, administrative personnel, and insurance providers to ensure smooth billing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Billing & Invoicing : Prepare and generate accurate patient bills, ensuring all medical services, procedures, and supplies are properly documented and coded according to billing standards.

Payment Processing : Receive and process payments from patients, insurance companies, and third-party payers; update and maintain accurate financial records.

Data Entry : Accurately input patient information, billing codes, and service details into the billing system to ensure data integrity.

Reporting : Generate detailed reports on billing activity, outstanding payments, and reimbursement trends; provide actionable insights to improve billing efficiency.

Collaboration : Coordinate with medical staff, front desk, and administrative departments to ensure accurate and timely exchange of billing and insurance information.

Billing Corrections : Investigate and rectify billing discrepancies or errors; issue corrected invoices or credit adjustments as needed to maintain billing accuracy.
