Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Clerk located in Chennai. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for managing the billing process and invoicing customers. Day-to-day tasks include processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all financial transactions are conducted efficiently. The role also requires effective communication with team members and customers to address any billing-related inquiries.

Role : Billing Clerk

Location : Guindy (Chennai)

Salary : ₹15,000 / month

Responsibilities :

✅ Prepare and process invoices

✅ Track payments and pending bills

✅ Resolve billing issues and maintain client communication

Requirements :

• 1–2 years of billing or accounting experience
• Basic accounting knowledge and Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and good communication
