Job descriptionDesign, develop, and customize SingleView Billing System components based on business and technical requirements. Configure and implement product catalog, rating, discounting, invoicing, and mediation modules within SingleView. Integrate billing systems with upstream / downstream systems like CRM, Order Management, Provisioning, and Payment Gateway. Good java skills to work on integrations points that need attention from time to time. Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and DevOps engineers to support agile deliveries. Write unit test cases for billing components. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize billing processes and batch jobs. Support production deployments and resolve post-deployment issues under tight timelines. Contribute to CI / CD pipeline integration for billing releases using DevOps toolsets.

Must-Have :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SingleView Billing System (CSG) development and customization.
- Strong Telecom domain knowledge with a focus on billing processes, revenue assurance, rating, invoicing, and discounts.
- Solid programming / scripting experience with Python, Unix Shell Scripting, Perl, EPM Scripts and PL / SQL.
- Good Knowledge on JAVA
- Experience working with Oracle Databases and performance tuning of billing queries.
- Proficient with tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Confluence, and other Agile / DevOps toolchains.
- Good understanding of Agile Scrum practices and working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with integration protocols and APIs for upstream / downstream system connectivity.
- Experience with Mediation, Collections, Receivables, and Dunning flows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based telecom billing or transformation projects is a plus.
