Job Description

• Design and implementation of training and development programmes
• Collation of training needs for Severn Glocon personnel and external customers.
• Creation, updating and management of training materials.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to create a library of modular training sessions and tools for our employees and agents.
• Support Product team in New Porduct Development (NPD) products being launched with training materials for sales and agents.
• Support Regional Sales Teams with external training requirements for customers, including bid preparation, development of training courses and materials and delivery of client training.
• Collaborate with the People Team to develop individual learning plans and a system for monitoring and reviewing progression
• Work closely to developing training programmes with external training authorities as required
