Job Summary :

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria / site, ensuring efficient execution of services, maintaining hygiene standards, managing vendor staff, and delivering a superior customer experience to corporate clients and users.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily cafeteria / site operations and ensure smooth functioning as per GoKhana’s SOPs.
• Act as the single point of contact between GoKhana, client administration, and food vendors.
• Monitor food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Handle user escalations, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory logs, daily sales reports, and reconcile POS data with backend systems.
• Conduct regular audits and share site performance updates with the central team.
• Manage attendance and discipline of vendor staff at the site.
• Coordinate with the GoKhana tech team for app issues, device support, and updates.
• Support events, menu changes, and promotions on-site.
