Role Overview :

The Domain Solution Architect Lead is responsible for driving the architectural vision, strategy, and standards across multiple business domains. This role ensures solution consistency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise-wide architecture goals while mentoring domain architects and fostering innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee domain solution architecture across multiple business domains.
• Define and maintain architectural strategy, principles, frameworks, and standards.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance to domain and solution architects.
• Ensure alignment between domain architectures and enterprise architecture strategy.
• Develop and maintain domain-level architecture roadmaps and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and innovation opportunities relevant to domains.
• Govern architectural decisions to ensure consistency, reusability, and compliance.
• Enable knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability building within the architecture community.
