Job description

One of our clients has started a global IT transformation program.

We are looking for a talented Salesforce & Conga Solution Architect to design and implement robust CRM and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions integrating Salesforce, Conga, and SAP. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep technical expertise, and proven experience in end-to-end CRM transformation projects across global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce and Conga (CPQ, CLM, Composer) solution design and delivery across the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
  • Architect and deploy Salesforce integrations with SAP (or similar ERP platforms) to streamline order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Define and implement scalable CRM strategies that align technology solutions with business objectives across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Design automation workflows using Conga Composer, Conga CLM, and Salesforce CPQ to optimize document generation and contract management.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define system architecture, data models, and process enhancements.
  • Oversee data migration, DevOps (Copado, Azure, Atlassian), and integration frameworks (Celigo, Boomi) to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.
  • Provide architectural governance and best practices for CRM development, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance (GDPR, SOX).
  • Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing CRM ROI and business impact.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive CRM experience, with strong experience in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, or Revenue Cloud).
  • Hands-on expertise in Conga Suite - including Conga Composer, Conga CLM, and Conga CPQ.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with SAP or other ERP systems (eg, NetSuite) for end-to-end QTC automation.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ, contract lifecycle management, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Experience in Middleware integrations (Celigo, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft preferred).
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools (Copado, Azure, Atlassian).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution documentation skills.

    • Desirable Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
  • Conga Certified Solution Architect / Conga Composer or CLM Certification.
  • SAP integration or functional knowledge in Sales & Distribution (SD) or Finance (FI).
  • Experience in multi-region Salesforce deployments (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

    • This role can be done 100% remote and will be long term.
