Restroworks - FreeSWITCH Developer - VoIP Protocol

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled FreeSWITCH Developer to join our team at Webvio Technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, configuring, and managing FreeSWITCH-based VoIP and PBX solutions, with strong knowledge of SIP protocols and VoIP fundamentals. Prior exposure to the PBX or BPO industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, configure, and maintain FreeSWITCH systems for production and development environments.
• Develop, customize, and optimize call flows, IVR applications, SIP trunking, and conferencing solutions.
• Integrate FreeSWITCH with databases, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to call quality, signaling, and media.
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and high availability.
• Perform regular system performance tuning and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust VoIP and PBX solutions
