Job descriptionDeployment of FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, and SBC for production traffic. Secure and optimized signaling / media path using NAT traversal and TLS / SRTP. Standardized call routing and audio quality configurations. Scalable and observable voice platform architecture across cloud environments.
Role Responsibilities :
- Design and manage scalable VoIP infrastructure with high availability.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident response for live voice traffic.
- Collaborate on provisioning, billing, and analytics API design.
- Mentor engineers on VoIP architecture and best practices.
