Description

We are seeking an experienced VoIP Technologies professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining VoIP systems to ensure high-quality voice communication across our organization.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain VoIP systems and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP-related issues and ensure high-quality voice communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP solutions with existing systems.
Monitor network performance and optimize VoIP systems for efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical support and training to users on VoIP technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-15 years of experience in VoIP technologies and systems administration.

Proficiency in VoIP protocols such as SIP, RTP, and H.323.

Experience with VoIP hardware, including IP phones, gateways, and PBXs.

Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Familiarity with network security practices related to VoIP communications.

Ability to analyze network performance and implement solutions to improve quality of service.

Education

Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E)
