Key Requirements for Regional Sales Manager (R.S.M) / Sr. Regional Sales Manager (Sr. R.S.M)

Location : Openings Across India

Experience : 8 to 10 Years in Marketing Leadership in consumable industry, Experience in Pet care Industry would be an added advantage

• Regional P&L ownership and strategic planning
• Experience managing large marketing teams
• Ability to align regional goals with national strategy
• Strong track record in business development and key customer management
• Ability to understand and adapt to market dynamics and consumer behaviour
• Exceptional leadership, presentation, and management skills
