What You’ll Lead

Execute a bold area sales strategy with clear, aggressive targets

Expand Lafit’s footprint through dealers, projects, and strategic retail outlets

Build influence with architects, consultants, developers, and retailers

Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams

Drive excellence in sales, collections, and channel performance

Develop incentive structures and training programs that keep your team motivated

Collaborate with marketing, R&D, production, and quality teams to deliver world-class lighting solutions

Who We’re Looking For

MBA in Sales & Marketing (Engineering background a plus)

5+ years of proven success in the lighting industry

Strategic yet hands-on, with strong network-building and growth experience

A persuasive communicator, negotiator, and closer

A leader who inspires — not just manages — performance
