Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development
Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
business development or sales within advertising, creative, or digital media agencies. You
will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships,
and driving revenue growth through strategic pitches and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Research and analyze existing and potential clients, as well as competitors, to derive
actionable insights and digital strategies.
Evaluate past campaigns and identify new opportunities for business growth andclient success.
Lead Generation & Client Relationship Management
Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, andproactive outreach.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistentengagement and satisfaction.
Plan and execute a sales contact strategy including cold calling, direct marketing, andmeetings.
Networking & Industry Engagement
Represent Schbang at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhancebrand visibility and build strong professional connections.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging digitalinnovations.
Client Pitching & Proposal Development
Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations thathighlight Schbang’s integrated digital marketing capabilities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams — Integrated Solutions, Creative, Video, andMedia Buying — to develop tailored proposals that meet client goals.
Client Needs Assessment & Strategy Alignment
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and market positioning torecommend effective digital solutions.
Stay ahead of social advertising trends and align recommendations with evolvingclient needs.
Project Estimation & Coordination
Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, and timelines for clients.Coordinate with the legal and operations teams for contract formalities and smoothonboarding processes.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or ClientServicing within advertising, creative, or digital media agencies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong ability in sales pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.Proven experience in crafting and delivering impactful presentations and clientproposals.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Confident, goal-driven, and capable of working both independently andcollaboratively.
