IT Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This role is pivotal in expanding our IT solutions footprint in India. This role offers a high

degree of autonomy, empowering the successful candidate to drive business growth through

strategic account management and new business development. You will be the primary

point of contact for key accounts in the IT / Power / Energy sector, responsible for identifying

opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

To foster maximum productivity and client interaction, this position offers a flexible work

arrangement. You will spend four days per week engaging directly with clients in the field,

and one day per week working from the office to handle administrative tasks and strategic

planning.

This structure provides an exceptional opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging and

rewarding sales role with significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities :

 Key Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing

IT / Media / Hospitality clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new business

opportunities.

 Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new IT and services

accounts within the target market.

 Channel Partner Development : Establish and nurture partnerships with channel

partners to drive business growth.

 Sales Cycle Management : Effectively manage complex sales cycles, from initial

contact to closing deals.

 Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders,

including project managers, consultants, contractors, and end-users.

 Sales Target Achievement : Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

 Market Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify

new opportunities.

 Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance

and inform strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

 Proven track record in IT Sales with a strong focus on the IT solutions / Power OEM

sector.

 In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai Market

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

 Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
