Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sea Freight Pricing Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing competitive pricing strategies for sea freight services, managing freight cost analysis, coordinating with carriers, supporting import / export operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves creating tailored pricing strategies for client-specific needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight operations, including both Import and Export processes
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address inquiries
• Knowledge of freight pricing, logistics, and transport processes
• Proficiency in market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
