Summary :
- We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 0–1 years of experience to fuel growth for Paydaysuite, our cloud-based HRMS & Payroll platform.
- This role is focused on two key responsibilities : cold calling and delivering first-level product demos.
- Region : India As an SDR, you will be the first touchpoint for potential clients reaching out to HR and Finance leaders, building curiosity through phone conversations, and giving structured demos to showcase Payday’s capabilities.
- Once a prospect is engaged and demoed, you will transition them directly to our sales leadership for closure.
Key Responsibilities :
Cold Calling & Outreach Make outbound calls daily to HR and Finance leaders.Present Payday’s value proposition with confidence and clarity.Handle objections and secure interest for a demo.Product Demonstrations o Conduct first-level demos of Payday, focusing on core modules (Payroll automation, Core HR, Attendance, Compliance).Tailor demos to prospect pain points in HR and payroll operations.Ensure demos are engaging, structured, and within time limits (15–20 mins)CRM Usage o Accurately log calls, demos, and outcomes in our internal CRM.Maintain organized records for pipeline visibility.Additional Skills :
Experience : 0–1 years in sales, telesales, or business development.B.E. / B.Tech preferred.Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged.Excellent phone communication skills and confidence to speak with senior decision-makers.Strong presentation skills for delivering short, impactful demos.Resilience and persistence to handle rejections and keep calling.Ability to work systematically in CRM tools.Quick learner, tech-savvy, with curiosity about HR and Payroll processes.
