Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil construction and consultancy, with expertise in quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs (BOQs) supported by measurement sheets and hand sketches.
• Work collaboratively with structural engineers, architects, and other design disciplines to ensure accurate and timely outputs.
• Review and extract measurements / dimensions from AutoCAD drawings.
• Conduct rate analysis for civil construction items in line with CPWD / DSR formats.
• Prepare, check, and certify running and final bills for civil construction.
• Reconcile cement, steel, and other free-supply materials.
• Analyze GFC / construction drawings for precise quantity take-offs.
• Apply thumb rules and ratios for key civil construction items such as cement and reinforcement consumption.
• Leverage a network of suppliers, vendors, and contractors to gather reliable data and resources.
