We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and scale our global tutor network from scratch. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for educators, from workforce planning and sourcing to assessment, offers, and onboarding.
You'll need to understand educational talent deeply : what makes a great tutor, how to assess teaching ability in interviews, and how to move quickly without compromising quality.
What You'll Do
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Build global talent pipelines across subjects, grade levels, and specializations (including special needs education)
- Develop creative sourcing strategies through universities, teacher communities, and professional networks
- Establish employer brand in education communities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Screen, interview, coordinate with subject experts, and close candidatesAssess subject expertise, teaching ability, communication skills, and cultural fitMake data-driven hiring recommendationsWorkforce Planning
