Location : Hyderabad

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager who can build an empire of revenue for an organization and for their own. This full-time, on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored commercial real estate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This is a leadership role focused on team management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Management : Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Client Engagement : Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Client Management : Establish and nurture relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track sales performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership Opportunities : In this role, you will also manage a team, providing mentorship andleadership that fosters professional growth and drives collective success. This is a chance to shape the team’s approach to sales and client engagement, creating a dynamic work environment focused on results.
  • Sales Strategy : Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and client demands.
  • Negotiation : Lead negotiations and close transactions, ensuring sales goals are met while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Market Insights : Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferable in Commercial Real Estate leasing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile :

  • Sales Performance : Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales.
  • Relationship Management : Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Market Insight : Familiarity with the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is a plus.
  • Team Collaboration : Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self Sales has to be done at least for 3 years for a Manager Position.
