Job Overview :

The ServiceNow Engineer will manage ServiceNow implementations and custom application development, ensuring smooth deployments, integrations, and maintenance. The role involves working with ITSM projects and ensuring compliance with ITIL standards while delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Execute ITSM implementation projects and complete ServiceNow lifecycles.
• Design and develop custom applications in ServiceNow.
• Manage ServiceNow deployments and third-party tool integrations.
• Handle support, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations.
• Apply ITIL standards to evaluate customer needs and industry standards.
• Develop and manage workflows, self-service portals, and service catalogs.
• Work with key ServiceNow features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Manage data loads, event management, and update sets.
