We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) across Pre-Sales and Post-Sales lifecycle. The role involves designing scalable architectures, leading implementations, and enabling seamless customer engagement Responsibilities :
- Lead architecture for ServiceNow CSM Pre-Sales (Lead / Opportunity, Onboarding) & Post-Sales (Case Management, Contracts, Renewals)
- Design integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
- Collaborate with Sales teams for solution demos & technical pre-sales support
- Oversee CSM module implementations and guide delivery teams
- Act as escalation point for technical issues and mentor junior & Skills :
- 8+ years in ServiceNow, 3+ years as an Architect
- Expertise in ServiceNow CSM (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales lifecycle)
- Strong background in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP integrations
- Good-to-have : Experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM (Preferred) :
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist CSM (CIS-CSM)
- ServiceNow CSA
