We are seeking a Senior Manager Sales who will spearhead new business development in key regional markets, focusing on corporate events catering. This role aligns with our strategic revenue growth objectives and operates as an individual contributor driving large-ticket event sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate event catering across India.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with banquet, culinary, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Negotiate favorable contractual terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct client needs analysis and craft tailored solutions in collaboration with senior directors and functional heads.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop optimal solutions and bid P&Ls.
- Ensure compliance with approval processes for high-value deals.
Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline, preferably with MBA experience, and 10+ years of experience in corporate event sales.Working experience in Pune market.Ability to connect at CXO and senior management levels to sell complex deals.Strong technology skills.Ability to work independently with influencing skills.Good numerical skills with attention to detail.Why Sodexo?
