Job description :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating potential business leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and effective communication. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients using data provided by the company, identifying business opportunities, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using the company-provided database.
- Introduce the company's services and explain their features and benefits.
- Identify potential leads, qualify them, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly / monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge.Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.Key Skills :
