- As an Associate in Finance and Business Management within our Global Technology organization, you will leverage your expertise to drive financial discipline and strategic business management. Each day, you will collaborate with senior technology leaders to provide insights on expense management, headcount governance, and vendor management.
- You will manage day-to-day data requests, oversee budgets, enable accurate forecasting, and evaluate the impact of strategic decisions. Your contributions will be vital in supporting business efficiency initiatives and delivering management reporting and financial insights to inform decision-making and business reviews.
Job responsibilities :
Generate and publish monthly business review reports (which includes expense base, headcount and other org metrics) for business leaders. Manage communication and relationships between interconnected stakeholders.Manage monthly financial variance commentary and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingPublish workforce, operational, and other business metrics reports, and automate report generationCollaborate closely with support teams such as the CIO office, Real Estate, and Recruitment to promote key strategies. Oversee headcount location planning, track hiring against targets, and manage headcount reporting.Independently manage real estate / seat allocations and associated reportingCollaborate across finance and functional team with multiple stakeholdersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
Minimum of 5+ years of finance & business management experiencePost Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in a business management role within the technology industry with exposure to financial planning / budgeting, expense forecasting and organizational metrics managementProficiency in data analysis, MSExcel and other MSOffice toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with multiple stakeholdersPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
