Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Sales Telecalling Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), introducing them to Isprava’s portfolio of luxury properties and generating interest in our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about Isprava’s premium real estate projects.
Engage with HNIs professionally, understanding their preferences and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings, property visits, and further engagement.
Support the marketing and sales teams in client communication initiatives.
Provide feedback and insights on client interactions to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.
Confidence when conversing with high-profile clients.
Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the luxury real estate domain.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (students or recent graduates are welcome).
Immediate joiner preferred.
