Job descriptionBuild the Playbook : Create and execute go-to-market strategies to attract Indian HNIs Lead from the Front : Hire, mentor, and manage a rockstar team of sales and advisory Partner with the Best : Build deep relationships with top developers, channel partners, Drive Sales Impact : Set aggressive targets and lead from the front to deliver high-value Own the Numbers : Track sales funnel metrics, optimize conversions, and ensure Innovate & Grow : Work closely with leadership to launch new offerings, markets, and 8–15 years of experience in real estate sales, P&L ownership, or business Strong track record of selling Dubai / UAE properties to Indian HNIs or NRIs. Sharp business acumen — you understand what drives growth and margins. Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in unstructured environments and love building Deep understanding of UAE’s developer ecosystem and property investment trends. Willingness to travel frequently between India and UAE. Prior experience with real estate startups MBA or equivalent business / real estate degree. Build something big : You’ll be leading one of our most strategic international verticals.
