Job descriptionInvest seed / growth capital into Niladvantage and hold equity as an active co-founder Define and execute growth strategies across IT services and solutions portfolio Build and lead high-performing sales and technology teams Drive enterprise business development and strategic partnerships Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies and digital transformation trends Represent Niladvantage at key industry events, client meetings, and investor discussions Collaborate with the founding team to scale operations, improve governance, and build brand value Age : 40s (mid-career professionals exploring entrepreneurial opportunities) Background in leading technology sales / business development functions at reputed MNCs Strong technology acumen and understanding of enterprise IT solutions Demonstrated experience in driving large deals, partnerships, or complex technology solution sales Entrepreneurial mindset, risk-taking ability, and a passion for building from the ground up Strong industry network and ability to attract talent, customers, and partners Willing to invest capital and take ownership as an equity partner in Niladvantage Co-founder status with equity stake Freedom to shape and scale a technology company Opportunity to create significant wealth as the company grows Collaborative and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Platform to leverage your corporate experience into business ownership
