Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Villa Attendants located in North Goa. Villa Attendants will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest villas, providing personalized service, addressing guest requests promptly, and ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience. Daily tasks include room cleaning, restocking supplies, assisting with guest needs, and collaborating with other staff to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and cleaning skills.
• Basic knowledge of F&B service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to speak multiple languages, especially basic English and Hindi.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive, professional, and welcoming attitude.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in Villas will be an advantage.
