The AVP Sales will be responsible for driving direct sales growth, leading a team of real estate professionals, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful closing of luxury property transactions.

This role requires someone who is not only highly skilled in direct sales but also understands the nuances of the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership :

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers / Senior Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to ensure continuous growth and success.
• Oversee and support agents in negotiating and closing high-value real estate deals.
