Sales Engineer

Job Title : Sales Engineer / Field Sales Engineer ( Freshers are welcome)

Location : Lambha - Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary : Up to ₹3 -4 LPA CTC (Can be adjusted for a deserving candidate)

Industry : Filtration / Chemical Process Engineering / Pharmaceutical API / Manufacturing (Valves, Pumps, Related Products)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer / Field Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on building new customer relationships, handling B2B sales, OEM and direct sales, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background with excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

This position involves frequent travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, target, and develop new B2B customers across industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical (API process), and industrial manufacturing firms.
• Manage and grow OEM and direct sales channels.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, articulating complex concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production) to customize solutions as per client needs.
• Maintain and update customer interactions and opportunities via CRM tools.
• Contribute actively to business development strategies.
• This role requires 10-15 Days of Monthly Travel. (Travel arrangements will be done by the company)
