Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide effective leadership and direction to sales teams in the North, East, Central, West / MH and South zones.
- Set clear expectations and goals for each team and zone, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
- Facilitate the on boarding process for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Manage the transition of sales team members from training to fieldwork, ensuring a seamless and effective process.
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and track overall team performance.
- Oversee Management Information System (MIS) and data management processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales review dashboard to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
- Address and resolve queries related to Lead square, ensuring optimal utilization of the system.
- Manage and process approval emails, ensuring timely approvals for relevant sales activities.
Additional Qualification and Skills :
