Role Description

The role aims to efficiently handle and convert student inquiries into enrollments by providing accurate course information, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. It focuses on proactive engagement, follow-ups, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the student experience and maximize conversions.

Responsibilities :

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and queries from prospective students.

Provide accurate details about courses, enrollment processes, and fee structures.

Follow up with students who have shown interest but have not enrolled.

Identify and address reasons why students did not complete their registration.

Assist in resolving payment-related or enrollment concerns.

Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and engagement.

Conduct feedback and review calls to enhance student experience.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and implement process improvements.

Maintain and update inquiry data sheets to track follow-ups and conversions.

Required Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and counsel students effectively.

Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on lead conversion.

Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.

Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
