Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled real estate professional to lead sales for our premium residential Projects. The Head of Sales will manage every aspect of high-value transactions, provide expert guidance to both buyers and sellers, and drive revenue growth through client servicing, market expertise, and strategic networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Representation : Present specialized luxury projects to HNI and UHNI clients, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met.
• Networking : Build and leverage strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners, introducing creative and strategic ideas to expand outreach.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to maximize conversions and achieve targets.
• Market Expertise : Maintain a deep understanding of the Bengaluru luxury real estate market and customer dynamics.
