About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) within the FMCG / CPG domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in solution advisory, workshop facilitation, and configuration of business processes, helping clients optimize planning and execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a solution advisor to clients in the FMCG / CPG space, focusing on TPM / RGM strategies.
• Lead and facilitate business workshops to gather requirements and define functional solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure TPM / RGM solutions.
• Drive planning and execution of business transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
