WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB :

The Manager, Data Analytics & Innovation is part of the Revenue Management Organization. This role is responsible for expanding the capabilities of the Revenue Management Continuous Improvement team to enhance decision-making and embed innovation into revenue operations. It accelerates process improvements through structured methodologies and delivers analytical insights that support faster, data-informed decisions across entity teams. The role also drives the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to transform how insights are generated and applied in pricing and revenue strategies.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Pricing and Yield Management teams to understand requirements, clarify scope and desired outcomes, and deliver solutions that are scalable and reusable across multiple functions
  • Design and deliver analytical solutions that provide actionable insights, accelerate decision-making, and improve revenue performance;

ensure outputs are accurate, reliable, and trusted by stakeholders

  • Define and manage the roadmap of initiatives that deliver the greatest business value, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and coordinating with stakeholders across Revenue Management and related teams
  • Create standardized metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting to support regular business reviews and executive storytelling
  • Develop documentation and training materials to onboard and upskill analysts in a complex, data-rich environment
  • Drive execution of initiatives that reimagine workflows by piloting and scaling next-generation solutions such as AI-driven insights, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics that fundamentally transform how decisions are made
  • Foster a culture of experimentation where ideas move quickly from concept to impact, ensuring innovation isn’t just a buzzword but a measurable advantage for the business
  • Ensure governance and compliance by enforcing data privacy, security, and quality standards, and maintaining clear documentation and controls
  • ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS :

    Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or a data-driven role
  • Ability to work across time zones while operating independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering against tight timelines.
  • Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience :

  • Master’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • 2+ years leading teams within a global environment
  • Previous experience within airlines, travel, e-commerce, consulting, technology, or a related field
  • Experience establishing or scaling an analytics or automation center of excellence, including intake, governance, and portfolio management
  • Exposure to Gen AI and emerging technologies, with a track record of turning early-stage concepts into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value
  • Skills, Licenses, and Certifications :

  • Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with experimentation (A / B testing), forecasting, and statistical methods
  • Leadership and strategic execution across global teams, with a focus on high-impact initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical storytelling and change leadership, driving innovation, adoption of new technologies, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Technically proficient in SQL and BI tools, with expertise in extracting actionable insights from complex, multi-source data sets
  • Technical fluency in analytics workflows, with the ability to guide SQL and BI solutions and ensure quality outcomes.
