Business Optimization Specialist

As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing requirements, defining product backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end modules. You will also lead Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and prioritize features.

We are seeking a highly analytical individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your expertise in Azure DevOps and ability to drive process improvements within Scrum and Azure DevOps will be invaluable assets to our team.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Gather and analyze requirements and define product backlogs.
• Collaborate with Design, Technology, and Product teams, owning end-to-end modules.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint tracking.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint planning, backlog, and prioritize features.
• Verify new developed functionalities and bugs to ensure product quality.
• Prepare Sprint reports and release notes, sending them to stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders to align product goals, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
• Monitor product success through metrics and KPIs to ensure product performance aligns with business objectives.
