Operational Reporting Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in gathering, consolidating, and validating operational data from various sources.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Data Collection & Management : Gather, consolidate, and validate operational data from CRM, ERP, internal databases, and spreadsheets.
- Report Generation : Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc operational reports using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Performance Analysis : Analyze key operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Data Visualization : Create compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Process Improvement : Collaborate with operations teams to streamline data collection processes and enhance report accuracy.
- Ad-hoc Requests : Respond to urgent data requests from departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and report definitions.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reported data.
Desirable Skills :
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.Requirements :
