Role purpose
As a member of Worley's global Ethics & Compliance team, to promote, oversee and implement Worley's compliance program to ensure that the project operations and functions act in compliance with Worley's values and Code of Conduct.
Key accountabilities
Serve as a key point of contact for ethics and compliance due diligence on third-party business partners globally (with a potential regional focus e.g. APAC, EMEA), providing guidance and support to key functional stakeholders and leadership.
Metrics & KPIs
As set by the Chief Compliance Officer in annual compliance program.
